Unlike traditional steam boilers that require high-pressure equipment to achieve high temperatures, our electrically heated organic heat carrier boiler can output heat at temperatures up to 300°C under normal pressure, greatly reducing the design and operating pressure requirements of the system and improving the safety of equipment operation. The whole system adopts closed-loop circulation heat supply, with almost no heat loss, high energy utilization rate, and no emission of pollutants such as flue gas and dust, fully complying with current national environmental protection requirements.

The boiler integrates electric heating, heat exchange, circulating pump, expansion tank, control system and other components, with a compact overall structure, small footprint, simple installation and operation, and can be put into use only by connecting to the power supply and process pipeline, which greatly saves the user's infrastructure investment and later operation and maintenance costs.

Working principle

The electric Thermal oil heater for asphalt heating is a high-temperature heating equipment specially designed for asphalt storage, processing, and construction (such as road laying and waterproofing engineering). It provides a stable heat source for asphalt tanks, asphalt mixing equipment, etc. through the electric heating and heat transfer oil circulation system. The heat transfer oil is electrically heated to a high temperature (usually 250 ℃~350 ℃), and the heat is transferred to the heating coil inside the asphalt storage tank or pipeline through a circulation pump, indirectly heating the asphalt to a liquid state (the melting temperature of asphalt is about 150 ℃~200 ℃).
